Here are a few of my recommendations for gear that will optimize your at-home fitness classes.

HAND WEIGHTS
I find it beneficial to have both a lighter set (3-5 pounds) as well as heavier set (8-10+ pounds). Of course, if you’re a regular strength training phenom, go heavier!

RESISTANCE BANDS
Exercise bands are a great way to add in gentle and safe resistance to various workouts. On occasion, we will use both mini bands and traditional resistance bands with 2 handles.

MATS
By the time we hit the mat for core work, you will be nice and sweaty. A durable and comfortable mat will make your training session that much better.
