12 Days of Christmas Workout! Perform move 1, move 1+2, moves 1+2+3, etc until you have done moves 1-12! No set amount of rest between rounds… if you want to try to do it STRAIGHT, have at it! If not, I would recommend 15-20 seconds between rounds. Each move is 30 seconds!

  7. Skater High Knees
  8. Jump Rope
  9. Bent Over Row & Kickbacks
  10. Sumo DB Pickups
  11. Full situps
  12. Middle Plank Hold
