12 Days of Christmas Workout! Perform move 1, move 1+2, moves 1+2+3, etc until you have done moves 1-12! No set amount of rest between rounds… if you want to try to do it STRAIGHT, have at it! If not, I would recommend 15-20 seconds between rounds. Each move is 30 seconds!

  1. Skaters
  2. Squat & Press
  3. Alternating Side Lunges
  4. Burpees
  5. Hammer to Regular Bicep Curls
  6. Tricep Dips
  7. High Knees
  8. Renegade Row Pushups
  9. Reverse Lunge & Upright Rows
  10. Mountain Climbers
  11. Heel Drop Crunches
  12. Full Sit ups
