Nina has been a Garrett County ‘local’ now for roughly 15 years and quickly became an active member of the community. Her passion for helping others began long ago, when she started working in the fitness industry during her undergrad studies in college. Her background with teaching group exercise, personal fitness training, and natural entrepreneurial spirit led her to new opportunities in sales, which then lead to her career in real estate.

Using her local connections, intense passion and personal drive, and determination to help her clients, Nina quickly found success in her real estate career. She consistently continues to be a top producing agent in the Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County areas. Most recently, Nina became one of the owners of Railey Realty,  the sole female in the partnership group.  In addition to her duties as both partner and REALTOR, Nina is also a part-owner of a local title office, Deep Creek Title. She also serves on several boards, including the Garrett County Board of Realtors where she will serve as next year’s President of the organization. Nina also still maintains her original entrepreneurial passion for fitness coaching with her company, Nina B. Fitness.

Nina B. Fitness was created back in 2020 when COVID completely changed everyone’s lives. Nina went from teaching numerous group exercise classes per week to giving online instruction only. With full intentions of returning back to in person classes, life took a different shape and she quickly realized this was a way to reach even more people and provide a level of flexibility across the board that is ideal for all people and levels. This fitness site has always been subscription based and has been a very affordable option. Even with it’s affordability, many in today’s age simply can’t afford to spend additional money on their health because they are already living paycheck to paycheck. Nina decided to re-vamp Nina B Fitness and make it a COMPLIMENTARY / FREE OF CHARGE fitness platform!! It is her hope that EVERYONE will take full advantage of the site!

In lieu of paying a subscription fee, she is encouraging those who are able to donate to local Garrett County non-profit organizations who completely rely on donated funds to stay afloat and help others in need. Please be as generous as possible!
